Candi is…

 

Cupcake is seeking answers, always.  A writer, health educator, wife, mom, sister, daughter, lover, she wants to be healthy. And, you know, HOT!

Cupcake’s plan is:

1. Water and unsweet tea. 1 Diet Coke a day TOPS.

2. No fast food.

3. Taking lunch, not eating out.

4. VEGGIES, FRUIT, WHOLE GRAINS, LEAN PROTEINS!

5. One sweet treat each week.

6. Work out evening.  Walking, elliptical, or swimming for 1 – 1/2 hours. Circuit training 3 days per week at lunch time.

7. Post each day’s intake, workout and trials, tribulations, frustrations, elations.

8. REWARDS!

9. Post pictures each 10 pounds to see progress.

10. COMMIT!!!!

Since I am doing this with my friend Candi, I know she will keep me honest and focused. But no, I WILL NOT POST MY WEIGHT ON THIS BLOG!!! Not yet, anyway!

  1. I am just getting started today too! Yay for us. How much weight do you want to lose? My goal is 50 pounds to get me back to a size 8. I will be happy at a 10. I will smile…a lot…when I hit size 12. I better get ti 14 quick, or I’ll get discouraged i know it. I love food and hate exercise. Great combo huh?

    I want to lose 120 pounds or so, although I haven’t seen myself at that weight in many many years. So we’ll see!

    I’m not sure how much Candi wants to lose!

    I can’t WAIT to be a size 8!!

  4. I don’t think you have to post them until you’re ready – but I would definitely keep them around in case you want to at some point.

    I need to take some and post them myself!
