We think rewards are important. You HAVE to take care of yourself in order to be healthy. Eventually it will be habit. To break a BAD HABIT, you have to REPLACE it with a GOOD HABIT! But to get into a GOOD HABIT, you have to have sufficient motivation.
Cupcake’s reward list: (each reward is for a loss of 10 pounds)
1. Get a facial Yippie! Doing this on Saturday (9/1/08)!!
2. New pots and pans.
3. Massage (and secret reward)
4. Buy or make curtains for my bedroom
5. Buy $100 worth of new workout clothes
6. Plan and take a weekend trip (within driving distance) (and secret reward!)
7. Get tattoo on wrist – “love” or “peace” or “hope”
8. Swimming lessons
9. Purchase and install chandelier over my bathtub. Decorate bathroom! (and secret reward!)
10. Get butterfly tattoo.
11. Shopping spree at Victoria’s Secret (or somewhere sexy!)
12. Buy and wear a red bikini. (Plus the other secret reward someone else promised me!)
