Trying to regain the momentum

I have learned something…once you lose the momentum on a new health plan, it’s hard to get it back!  I thought if I took a break from it for a few days while I was on vacation, I could pick it up again without any trouble, but it’s like starting all over again!  I’m back to feeling tired and not wanting to exercise, and craving sweets but NOT fruit!  I am going to think twice before I take a vacation from my health plan again!  :)

today…Pilates!

I just did Pilates for half an hour, and I am here to report that I was apparently born without core muscles!  Especially the back muscles, they seem practically non-existent!  I’m going to have to work really hard on this.  But I’m feeling good about the food I’m eating…I have never eaten this much fruit in my life!  And I’m staying with one diet soda per day at the most, like Cupcake.  I hate to think of all the years I drank many, many diet sodas, thinking “Zero calories!  Why not?”
