Jeff and I walked SIX MILES! SIX MILES!!!!
I am so proud of me! He runs marathons, so this was not such a big deal for him, but for me it was a BREAKTHROUGH. 4 miles was my record. WOOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!
Breakfast: The usual, although I did use plain non-fat yogurt, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and I added a nectarine and it was not as sweet as the high-fructose corn syrup yogurt , but it was totally healthy and I knew what was in it, because I made it!
Lunch – Leftover whole wheat pasta primavera and cheese
Dinner – Japanese – Salad, Shrimp and Broccoli, extra veggies, NO RICE!
I do need to get better about menu planning. The weekends are especially hard for some reason.
