So, total weight loss for week 1 – 5 pounds!!!!!
I didn’t work out as much as I wanted to, due to the summer cold. But I am feeling fine today so the kids and I headed to the Y this morning – they played on the playground and I walked for an hour! And tomorrow is my weekly workout/therapy session/ass kicking with Jeff.
Breakfast: English muffin, peanut butter, water, nectarine
Snack – WATER WATER WATER Protein Bar
Lunch – Steak sandwich, fruit, Diet coke, water – BUT!! I ate the steak out of the sandwich and LEFT THE BREAD! I left the bread and NO ONE DIED!!!
Snack – Yogurt
Dinner – Grilled chicken, pasta primavera
Snack -2 whole wheat chocolate chip cookies
The kids and I are making some whole wheat chocolate chip cookies! Not totally healthy, with sugar and butter and stuff, but at least they will be a little healthier than the ones out of the package!
